Yes Please!

The Logical Heart Knows Best

I got more accomplished in my daily routine today, yay! Plus I attended the Conscious Growth Club welcome/orientation video call and socialized on video afterward with a few lovely members. It was wonderful! So thrilled to be able to join again. When I originally joined CGC it was in the pre-release phase and I was able to pay in installments back then. Because the course was being built as we were interacting, we initial CGCers didn’t have to pay again until now. We got our money’s worth for sure and many times over.

One of my quarterly goals is to incorporate spontaneous playful creativity into every day as evidenced by completed pieces of art, videos, dance movements, blowing bubbles, etc. and be silly in some way every day.

When the sun hit the balcony this evening I put in my earbuds and listened to my music mix and pulled the trigger on my bubble gun. The wind was gusting and corralled the bubbles in the balcony they were zig-zagging wildly. I sputtered laughing when they hit me in the face and hair. One day I want to get a heavy-duty fancy bubble machine so I can have infinite bubbles and dance in them.

I expect that I’ll be able to get most things done in my routine every day by the end of next week. It takes me a little bit to get into a groove. Tomorrow I get to add my walks back, yay!

I’m spending more time writing than ever before. I’m enjoying it, the time passes quickly, I’m in the flow.

I also did something I’ve been wanting to do for years now, ever since they came up with it…I ordered Ancestry DNA! I couldn’t justify the extra expense before, it was on special for Mother’s Day. I’m so curious, I wonder if there will be any surprises?

Something random I’ve noticed since being unemployed, I’m sleeping so much better and I don’t get up to pee as much or sometimes not at all during the night. And I’m so happy, calm, relaxed and the love is oozing from my pores this week, lol.

My favorite things today were CGC, writing, hot bath with a book, sunshine, tea, and bubbles, admiring my Groot-like celery, texting the kids that I love them and miss them, eating lunch with Drue, plus I sneaked in 10 minutes of Anne with an E. I’ve had such a great week so far, so happy to be getting healthier and making progress!

I could get used to this for real! Yes please, more of this!
