The Logical Heart Knows Best

I’m getting back into a drastically slowed-down routine after taking a few weeks off. Yay! Today I worked on an activity from The Fire Starter Sessions titled What Business Are You Really In?

It asks ten questions. Here are my answers.

1. What would someone pay you $100/hr to tell/teach/inform them about?

How to love themselves, prioritize themselves, get to know themselves inside and out so they can figure out what’s right for them, to find their truth, purpose, and meaning while empowering themselves to shine and enjoy their lives. To live their highest quality of life while exploring and enjoying their time, to help them disentangle themselves from situations and life patterns that are holding them back. To help them learn tools to help them stay strong yet flexible and resilient, able to emotionally, spiritually, mentally, and physically stay true to the highest love, joy, and peace in their lives. To help people learn to trust their deepest inner truths and live by that higher power of their logical hearts.

2. What are you repeatedly telling/having/explaining to your clients?

I don’t have any clients yet, but I’ve often encouraged people to do what’s right for them, to trust what their inner truth is speaking to them, the part of them that gently nags from inside that something does not feel right, to trust that deeper intuition to love themselves enough to stand up for themselves, to make the changes that bring peace, joy, freedom, and love into their lives. And to not care what anyone else thinks of them. To live a life aligned with what’s right for you, to think for yourself and act from what’s most loving of you. You are the most powerful person in your life because you are the only one who is in control of you.

3. What do they want more of from you?

I don’t have an answer to that yet, but I’d think tips on how to get clarity and how to prioritize their lives. To discover where their boundaries, values, and deal-breakers lie so they can adjust their lives accordingly. To get to know what they really truly want, not what society has conditioned them into believing is important, but to find out what’s true for them, to help them get clear on who they really are and what they really want when it’s all said and done.

4. What are they always asking for?

How to feel better about themselves and increase their self-worth, self-love, and self-esteem. How to cope with disappointment and betrayal, keep going, and believe that you can really live a more peaceful, loving, meaningful, and purposeful life aligned with your highest visions.

5. What do you know about? What’s your knowledge base? What do you know that other people don’t?

I know about how to survive and thrive after enduring the chaotic environment created by hurt, traumatized people who keep repeating the same unhealthy life patterns, who pass them down from generation to generation because they remain stuck, unaware, and continue to sow chaos.

I know how to navigate and achieve clarity out of the cognitive dissonance and confusion by tuning into my logical heart and honoring the wisdom from within, which guides me to the most loving choices for me. I can teach others how to get in tune with their logical hearts too so they can attain clarity and live from the strength that the truth and love from deep within their logical hearts can provide to help extricate them from these intergenerational traumatic chaotic patterns once and for all.

I know ways to maintain boundaries that are self-loving and compassionate of self instead of mistakenly remaining in unhealthy situations and sacrificing oneself out of a misguided sense of loyalty to others. To empower oneself and save oneself by removing oneself from the crazy-making drama of unconscious, hurtful, manipulative others.

I know methods of coping and dealing with challenging people and situations and how to remain centered and calm. I have 27 years of experience caring for people with behavioral and mental health issues. I have had real-life experience and know how challenging it can be to deal with cluster B personalities and other difficult, coercive, controlling, manipulative people.

6. How does your service/offering/product make people feel? What problem does it solve or what state does it create?

It makes people feel understood, validated, and not alone, that they are not wrong in their perceptions. They feel relieved and free, they finally see clearly and understand that it’s not them causing the problems, it’s not their fault.

It solves the problem of being in a no-win situation; it frees them from the repetitive loop of the illogical, unhealthy patterns created by difficult people playing hurtful, defensive mind games in their lives that they have become insidiously ensnared in.

It solves the problem of low self-worth by shifting ways of thinking and being to what is empowering, to shake off, and replace the faulty messages we’ve become conditioned with. Instead of believing that we have to be thin, beautiful, and perfect, etc in order to be loved, or to have success, we come to know we are inherently worthy and lovable just the way we are. It frees us from our own mind traps.

Living by the logical heart gives you agency over yourself and your immediate world and experience because you’re able to choose what’s right, loving of, and true for you. You can always find a place of deep abiding love and peace from within so that no matter what, you know you can count on yourself and your logical heart, you never feel alone.

You have a place you can always go to find the truth; you carry it within. It’s the love that encompasses all that is and connects you with everything in spirit, that infinite loving oneness, the energy that is everything it is inside you in your logical heart. It will keep you in alignment with what’s best for you, so you can make the best choices that move you increasingly towards freedom, love, joy, and peace.

7. What’s your message? (everyone has a message) What do you stand for?

You are worthy. You are loved. You matter. You count. You are precious. You are valued. You are treasured. You deserve the highest love, compassion, and reverence. You are powerful and you have the ability to do what’s right and loving of you. You have choices. You have a place inside you that knows the truth and what’s best for you. I call it the logical heart, and it connects you with the loving force that is the cause of everything. Everyone can access this truth from within. The logical heart knows best.

8. What is the vehicle for your knowledge?

I don’t know what this is asking? I guess writing, sharing, demonstrating, speaking/making videos, coaching?

9. Who wants what you’ve got? (The answer to this is very rarely “everyone.” There are two ways to approach this: values & lifestyle, and “types” of people.)

People who are tired of the crazy-making B.S. who are seeking simplicity, freedom, joy, and peace. People who want a higher quality of life where they are not… chasing their tails, walking on eggshells. Running on a hamster wheel, constantly putting out fires, playing whack a mole, and wanting to escape through numbing themselves. People who crave sanity, ease, comfort, and lightness, along with deeper meaning, purpose, soulfulness, freedom, love, simplicity, smoothness, gratitude, appreciation, and even bliss.

10. Who needs what you’ve got? (even though they may not know it yet?)

People who are tired of doing it all, who are tired of being taken advantage of denigrated, and gaslighted. People who want to take their power back. People who want to live life on their own terms. People who are opening their eyes to the disparities and inequities, who are ready to claim their right to be seen and appreciated for who they really are and to be whoever they want to be in this upside-down, messy world. People who want to shine, to get to really deep down know themselves, be true to themselves, and who are ready to choose themselves over all the other loud voices clamoring for their obedience. People who want to break free and live life on their own terms unapologetically.
