Comfy Nest

I don’t have to go to PT anymore! She gave me my last sets of exercises to do today and I’m to keep doing them until I fully improve, yay! There are times when I’m standing still and I’m normal, not wobbling at all, it’s really helping. I’m so thankful. Now if I could get over this post-viral syndrome/inflammation I’ll be able to run and play again.

Last night something unexpected happened. We were grocery shopping and walked past the video game section and there was one Nintendo Switch in the case. We got it! I can’t wait to play! It’s been so long since I’ve played video games, it’s gonna be so much fun!

I’ve had a busy day and a late start on blogging. I’m ready to get in bed and veg out to some Community. We watched Ip Man 3 last night, Mike Tyson was in it too, it was awesome but sad. We’ve also been watching Lovecraft Country, so cool, fun and scary, and The Vow NXIVM, super creepy. I want to research why these spiritual, religious, and personal development leaders end up turning into narcissistic, sociopathic predators, does the power go to their heads and they become delusional?

My wildflowers on the balcony are blooming, even more, they’re so cheery, I’m so tickled by them. There are two swallows sleeping above our front door now. Drue says, “Don’t poop on me” when we pass beneath them. They haven’t pooped on us so far, lol.

I’ve been limiting my news intake and that’s helping me stay more upbeat. I’m so ready for the election to be completed. Not too much longer now, whew.

I’m trying to write blog posts that are at least 700 words, but I’m not gonna make it tonight unless I babble on some more about nothing.

Feeling thankful, cared for and loved in our quiet, peaceful, comfy nest of an apartment. Everything is progressing nicely and I am counting my blessings. So grateful and relieved.

Now it’s time to stretch out and relax 🙂
