Here’s something fun and super silly! While I was sick with long Covid, I kept trying to increase my activity and cheer myself up. This is something I did when I was feeling better last autumn, but then got sick again and curtailed my activities until this June, where I really started feeling almost back to baseline. What a relief. I’m now doing so much better and can exercise again! It was a long time to be sick. I appreciate my health even more now and the days are even more precious to me. I compiled these snippets into a video this month and it cracks me up
