Self Doubt

The Logical Heart Knows Best

I recently enjoyed creating my Be True to You Challenge, but was surprised by the vulnerable feelings I had when sharing it. All of these self-doubts made me anxious and now I know what imposter syndrome feels like. All I kept thinking is, if you don’t try, you’ll never know, and how many people let those self-doubts prevent them from creating or sharing their gifts. What if everyone allowed their self-doubts to stop them from creating and sharing? What a limited, less vibrant world that would be. I say share away, let your freak flag fly, it’s more fantastic and fun that way! Here’s a short video I made about it.
