The Logical Heart Knows Best

I used to have automatic negative thoughts crowding my brain and causing anxiety. I used to ruminate, feel bad about myself, shame and guilt were pervasive. I’d binge eat and drink to numb and self-medicate. I eventually learned it didn’t have to be this way and through persistence and hard work, made positive, healthy changes.
