Ways Fragile Egos Avoid Responsibility

The Logical Heart Knows Best

It can be so frustrating trying to communicate and set boundaries with someone who has a fragile ego. There are predictable ways they squirm out of being responsible and accountable. If they feel threatened, they will manipulate their way out of addressing the situation and will even turn it around to make it seem you are being unreasonable. Totally messes with your mind, causing cognitive dissonance, shock, and disbelief. It’s best to limit or end relationships with people who have fragile egos because they cannot entertain the notion that they may be wrong and are behaving harmfully. There is no way to reason with them, unfortunately.
