Being Grateful
Gratitude is a practice I do daily. I can always find something to be grateful for and it uplifts me. On most days, it keeps me positive and hopeful. It’s not a cure-all, nothing is, really. Though knowing my loved ones are safe, happy, and well comes close.
Being grateful is another way to keep me resilient and focused on what matters most. For me, what matters is living life well, by appreciating what’s right here, right now, while making a difference to the best of my ability with peace, love, compassion, and truth.
To take the high road, you must get yourself to the solid ground of the logical heart first. This begins with you and your relationship with yourself. I can help empower you to choose what’s most loving of YOU.
