Hi! I was an RN, BSN in mental/behavioral health for 27 years. Now I’m helping empower caring people like me to prioritize themselves by maintaining healthier boundaries for more freedom, peace, and joy. 

I was afraid of making videos. Then I did the Ignite Video Challenge. It’s so therapeutic to express yourself through video. I recommend this to everyone. It helps empower you to speak up, leading to self-love and acceptance. Here’s a blog post about it, and here’s a link to sign up.
